PENGARUH KOMPETENSI MANAJERIAL DAN KERJASAMA TIM TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 14/1 SUNGAI BAUNG KECAMATAN MUARA BULIAN

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of managerial competence and teamwork on teacher motivation at State Elementary School 14/1 Sungai Baung, Muara Bulian District. This study is a quantitative study with observation data collection techniques, interviews with the principal, and distribution of questionnaires to all teachers at State Elementary School 14/1 Sungai Baung, Muara Bulian District, while the research sample uses a saturated sample where all members of the population are sampled, namely 17 teachers. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, and the data is processed with the help of the SPSS Version 20 program. The results of the study indicate that, partially, managerial competence has a significant effect on teacher work motivation by 41.6%. Teamwork has a significant effect on teacher work motivation by 29.4%. Simultaneously, there is a significant effect between managerial competence and teamwork on teacher work motivation by 70.1%, with the obtained f count> f table (271.528> 3.68). This indicates rejecting H0 and accepting Ha. This means that there is a significant influence between managerial competence and teamwork together (simultaneously) on teacher work motivation at State Elementary School 14/1 Sungai Baung, Muara Bulian District. Where if managerial competence and cooperation are better, the better the teacher work motivation at State Elementary School 14/1 Sungai Baung, Muara Bulian District. While the remaining 29.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi manajerial dan kerjasama tim terhadap motivasi guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 14/1 Sungai Baung kecamatan Muara Bulian. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi ,wawancara bersama kepala sekolah,dan penyebaran angket keseluruh guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 14/1 Sungai Baung kecamatan Muara Bulian, adapun sampel penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 17 guru. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, serta data diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial kompetensi manajerial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 41,6%. Kerjasama tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 29,4%. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi manjerial dan kerjasama tim terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 70,1%, dengan diperoleh nilai fhitung>ftabel (271,528 >3,68). Hal ini menunjukkan tolak H0 dan terima Ha. Ini artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi manajeral dan kerjasama tim secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap motivasi kerja guru di di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 14/1 Sungai Baung kecamatan Muara Bulian. Dimana apabila kompetensi manajerial dan kerjasama semakin baik maka akan semakin baik pula motivasi kerja guru di di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 14/1 Sungai Baung kecamatan Muara Bulian. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.
